Tom’s unfortunately is selling out from its original natural origins by including fluoride in this mouthwash, which is ‘natural’ in the same way mercury and arsenic are natural. I would definitely steer clear of this brand. There are many quality natural mouthwashes available from health food stores that are alcohol-free and fluoride-free and so are much safer for your health and teeth (e.g. JASON products).
